| The chatgang meets for the
4th chatmeeting in history. |
| Püffi and me came a little
late because of the interview with the Festival
Radio and lots of people had arrived when
we finally reached the brigde. |
| We had a few more newcomers
this year than last year, and they were all
nice guys. There's few girls coming, now why
is that? We need more girls!!! |
| One of the newcomers, Lanze,
was being filmed by a TV-crew for some documentary
about firsttimers to Roskilde Festival. When
and if this will come on telly we don't know. |
| The weather was of course brilliant
as usual, at least for most of the meeting. |
| This year we met earlier so
we could have more time to talk and get to
know the newcomers. And the mastermind behind
the idea, PJ, was of course the last one to
arrive. |
Money changed hands and a few people took
the heavy duty of going beershopping for
the lot. Charky brought some beers from
his own country - Belgium.
| Of the old gang we were missing
a few people, but all in all we were alot
more people this year than last time. And
more people is always more fun. |
| Finally we also got another
representative from Germany. Püffi has
had the sole reign of being Mr. Germany for
long now. |
| The discussion is always lively
at the meeting. We talk about earlier years,
the chatgang history, how it feels to be back,
what concerts will be the coolest and of course
we get to know eachother better. |
| One of the nicest things are
actually that people come back, year after
year. It really makes me smile. Thanks folks
:) |
| And it is always "wicked
to be back" as Lamb claimed at their
concert in 1999. |
| This year we were about 22
chatters at the meeting and 5-6 non-chatters. |
| That is probably the most amount
of people coming to the meeting ever, except
maybe RF2000 which was also a great year chatmeeting-wise. |
| There were also chatters at
the festival that did not make it to the meeting,
as always. A wittle little too much to dlink
maybe? |
| One of the nice surprises of
this year was of course the return of Mitzi
and Dr. Doogie. Very long time no see. Lovely
to have you back sweeties. |
| Erik (resident of FistCamp)
got to know Charky. Erik is from Netherlands
and Charky from Belgium, so I think they actually
understood eachother. And I don't understand
either of them. |
| Little Fio was trying to escape
the meeting, but i hauled her down and made
her stay at least have a beer or two. |
| Fredde was also back after
missing RF2001 in exchange for a few laughs
and beers in USA last year. |
